By submitting your abstract, you agree to being available on the live date associated with your session type, if selected. Event Host: All arrangements and costs for workshops are handled by PHO including venue, audiovisual supplies, food and beverage. Workshop promotions will be included in TOPHC communications. Registration will be handled by PHO. If selected, we encourage you to consider going paperless; a virtual portal will be available for attendees to access and download workshop content (e.g. case studies, agendas, worksheets). Workshop attendees will be encouraged to bring laptops; charging stations will be available at each table and complimentary wifi will be available throughout the building.

Note: While TOPHC Reviewers will not see the name of the authors, TOPHC staff cannot remove all identifiers such as the name of the local public health agencies or name of a city or town. In these situations, it may be possible for an abstract reviewer to infer the identity of the authors. If authors want to remove such risks, they are encouraged to avoid including such information in their submission.

Abstract Review Process and Criteria

A blind review process is used to evaluate all abstracts by members of the scientific community. The following criteria is used by reviewers to evaluate and score all submitted abstracts for workshops, concurrent sessions, and oral poster presentations.
