Regional Workshops

  • The regional workshops are taking place at Fanshawe College, London, Ontario, 1001 Fanshawe College Boulevard, London, Ontario, N5Y 5R6

  • The registration fee for this event is $175 CAD, plus HST.

  • To register, go to the Regional Convention Registration webpage and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the required registration information.

    Please note that there are three separate workshops running concurrently, and participants may only register for one session.

    Once your registration is complete, you will receive a confirmation email. In addition, prior to the event, you will receive a welcome email with important event details.

  • Yes. Please have your confirmation of registration readily available on your mobile device or as a physical document when you arrive at 8:15 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. EST to sign-in at the James A. Colvin Atrium, located in B Building, 1st Floor: B1046 Atrium.

  • Registration will remain open until May 20, 2026, at 12:00 PM EST.

  • ‍A full refund, with a deduction of a $50 administrative fee and Eventbrite service fees, is applicable for cancellations made on or before 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 20, 2026.

  • Attendee substitutions (i.e., sending someone else in place of the originally registered attendee) are permitted until Wednesday, May 20, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. EST.

    Badge sharing is not permitted.

  • Paid parking is available on-site and is limited to one vehicle per registration. Parking fees are included in the cost of your ticket and do not need to be paid on the day of the event. No in-and-out privileges are permitted. If you must leave the premises and return, a parking fee of $5.50 will be charged.

  • Yes, please note that a valid Accessible Parking Permit is required. Public Health Ontario is not responsible for unauthorized vehicles illegally parked in designated areas

  • Registration check in will begin at 8:15 a.m. EST.

    The regional workshops will commence at 9:00 a.m. EST.

  • Workshop attendees are welcome to bring their own food and drinks; however a light lunch, and beverages will be provided onsite. There will be a designated area for food and beverages in the James A. Colvin Atrium.

    Please be sure to include any dietary information in your registration form.

  • Yes, free Wi-Fi is available at Fanshawe College.
