Virtual Convention

  • Register for the virtual event by clicking on the Virtual Convention Registration link under TOPHC 2026 in the drop down menu. Follow the on-screen instructions by filling out the information required to register. This process will register you and send confirmation of your registration to the email provided. A few days prior to the Convention you will receive a Welcome email with access details.

  • Virtual Convention registration will be available up to March 24, 2026 @ 12:00 PM E.T., subject to availability.‍ ‍

  • We ask that each participant use their own login. While the event is free, individual registrations ensure participants receive event instructions and follow-up communications.

  • In the event you are unable to attend the event, your registration can be transferred to another person if requested in writing by e-mail to TOPHC.registration@oahpp.ca by the original registrant before March 20th, 2026.

  • TOPHC is working diligently to prepare for this unique experience and will send you the necessary instructions a few days before the event. Make sure that the email address associated with your registration is accurate and up to date so that there is no delay in receiving our communications.

  • The virtual platform supports all major, modern web browsers (such as Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari). The event will be hosted on Zoom, so please ensure you can access Zoom via a web browser or the Zoom app, and that you are using the most up-to-date version for the best experience.

  • For the best experience, we recommend using a laptop or desktop computer. However, the platform is fully responsive and can also be accessed on tablets and smartphones if needed.

  • ‍Browser settings, network restrictions, or device configurations can sometimes affect how the virtual platform works. If you experience an issue, we recommend trying the following steps to help isolate the cause:

    • Open the platform in a private/incognito browser window

    • Try a different supported browser (see “Supported Browsers” above)

    • Disable any VPNs or firewalls that may be blocking access

    • Connect using a different internet network

    • Try accessing the platform on a different computer or device

If issues persist after trying these steps, please contact tophc@oahpp.ca and include a full-screen screenshot of the error, if possible, to help us assist you more quickly.

  • Make sure the video is not muted by hovering your mouse over the video player and clicking the unmute button (located in the bottom-left corner). Ensure you’ve selected the appropriate output device (e.g., laptop speakers or headphones) for your sound settings.

  • To improve video quality, click the settings (gear) icon on the video player and select a higher resolution, such as 720p or 1080p, for best results. Please ensure your internet connectivity is stable as picture quality is also dependent on internet speed and connection.
