The Ontario Public Health Convention’s steering committee has set a goal of implementing healthy living activities. We encourage delegates to exercise, eat well and be healthy during the conference. The committee has compiled a list of ways you can stay healthy over the course of the three days.

 

Fitness Centre and Pool

Staying at the Sheraton? Take advantage of the fitness centre and the indoor outdoor heated pool, both located on the third floor.

Fitness centre hours: 24 hours a day/seven days a week. 

Pool hours:
• Monday–Friday 6:00 a.m.–11:00 p.m.
• Saturday–Sunday 7:00 a.m.–11:00 p.m.
